Support Hive
Support Hive is a care management system we developed to help deliver a truly person centered approach. When we started the business back in 2014 we had an oppotunity to start from fresh. We knew we wanted to avoid having paperwork in our customer's homes, yet there was a requirement to have important information available at all times.
There were some computer systems available at the time but nothing that gave us what we wanted. So we set about building it ourselves. The Support Hive that exists today is the result of years of continual improvement.
Support Hive promotes transparent reporting and as part of that philospophy we offer family members (where appropriate) and the customer themselves, the opportunity to login and view live information being recorded.
