  • information submitted during recruitment through our recruitment service;

Please do not include sensitive health, care or other special-category information in the website contact form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted providers that support our website, hosting, email delivery, analytics and recruitment systems, including Mailgun for email delivery and Google Analytics when you consent to analytics cookies. These providers may only use information on our instructions and must protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect someone’s vital interests, or in connection with legal claims. External websites you choose to visit, including Support Hive and our recruitment service, operate under their own privacy notices.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an appropriate legal safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing recruitment, meeting legal or regulatory obligations and resolving disputes. We then securely delete or anonymise it. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and any applicable care, employment, tax or legal requirements.
