Ukevolve Ltd is the controller responsible for personal information covered by this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08439595.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• your name, email address, telephone number and the contents of messages you send;
• information you provide when enquiring about supported living or Support Hive;
• information submitted during recruitment through our recruitment service;
• technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited, where analytics cookies are accepted; and
• records of your cookie preference.

Please do not include sensitive health, care or other special-category information in the website contact form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

How we use your information

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted providers that support our website, hosting, email delivery, analytics and recruitment systems, including Mailgun for email delivery and Google Analytics when you consent to analytics cookies. These providers may only use information on our instructions and must protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect someone’s vital interests, or in connection with legal claims. External websites you choose to visit, including Support Hive and our recruitment service, operate under their own privacy notices.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an appropriate legal safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing recruitment, meeting legal or regulatory obligations and resolving disputes. We then securely delete or anonymise it. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and any applicable care, employment, tax or legal requirements.

Necessary cookies support security, the contact form and essential website functions. They do not require consent. Optional analytics cookies are disabled unless you choose to accept them. If accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to help us understand visits and improve the website.
